Bela orders are managed, processed and fulfilled by Augmented Instruments Ltd (hereafter "we"). 

Shipping to the UK and outside the EU

This is our EU shop. Please visit uk.shop.bela.io for orders to the UK and shop.bela.io for orders to countries outside of the UK and EU.

Shipping to the EU

All Bela orders to the EU are sent with tracked and signed shipping (DHL or Deutsche Post) from Barcelona, Spain. Due to the risk of packages being lost or delayed by customs policies over which we have no control, we do not ship to the EU without tracked and signed shipping, without exception.

Customs, VAT and import duty

Our EU orders are now shipped from Barcelona, Spain which is within the European Economic Area meaning that no VAT or import duty is due when receiving your parcel. VAT is included in the price of the product.

When we ship

Bela orders are shipped once a week on Wednesday mornings.
